Happy Halloween

Spooky, kooky, creepy, and fun! Halloween is the time of Ghosts, Goblins, Gravestones and Graveyards. Of Spooks and Spirits and silly-fun tricks. Of Witches and Warlocks and Scary Black Cats. And Candy Corn, Jelly Apples, Pumpkins and Bats.

Knowing the exact time and date of death.... (?)

So, if I could know the exact date and time I was going to die, would I want to know?My answer is (no)And here's why: If I knew when I was going to die I would go mad. I think any person would. You would think about it all the time and you wouldn't be living anymore. You would be living for that day, that time that you would die. Everything you said or did would revolve around death. For in the back of your mind would be you death. There would be no point in living then. Life would be no fun if you knew when you were going to die. On second thought. If I knew when I was going to die, could I stop it from happening? Is it possible then, to cheat death? Hmmmmm.....How the mind does ponder.

What's my favorite season?

My favorite season is: SummerAnd the reason I love that time of year is ... I love summer because it is so beautiful. The sky is blue and grass is green. There are poeple everywhere doing outdoor stuff. Such as walking, flying kites, skating, playing basket ball, or just hanging out. Family gatherings take place in summer. With grill outs and going ot the beach. The flowers bloom and smell so nice. There are leaves on the trees. The animals play the most in summer. Of course it is very hot. But the best part of summer is taking off the clothes. If you are daring you get to run around your house naked. *blush* Oh wait. I do that in winter too. *LOL*

Here I am. Where have I been? Well certainly not on here. There hasn't been much going on. What is there to right about? My cats? The weather? I wish I did have something to write but at the moment there is nothing going on in my boring life. I don't have any updates as to how grandpa is doing. I talked to my mom last night and no news on my dad's back or if he has cancer. My sister called today and there really isn't anything new going on in her life either. Maybe later I can find something good to write about. Until then..... Ciao!

Pixie, kobold, elf, and sprite
All are on their rounds to-night,-
In the wan moon's silver ray
Thrives their helter-skelter play.

Fond of cellar, barn,or stack,
True unto the almanac,
They present to credulous eyes
Strange hobgoblin mysteries.

Cabbage-stomps-straws wet with dew-
Apple-skins, and chestnuts too,
And a mirror for some lass,
Show what wonders come to pass.

Doors they move, and gates they hide,
Mischiefs that on moon-beams ride
Are their deeds, and, by their spells,
Love records its oracles.

Don't we all, of long ago,
By the ruddy fireplace glow,
In the kitchen and the hall,
Those queer, coofllke pranks recall?

Eery shadows were they then-
But to-night they come again;
Were we once more but sixteen,
Precious would be Halloween.
